We are experiencing connectivity issues across our services. Users managing or activating licenses or working with iLok Cloud sessions may be affected. We are investigating and will report updates here as we have them.
Network connectivity has been restored
AWS has reported that their services are back to normal operation. We are monitoring and repairing our services now.
The underlying cause appears to be widespread issues with AWS networking. We will continue investigating and working to keep our services online.
